Where breath becomes deliberate sound
Voice Yoga works with the body's actual mechanics — breath, resonance, physical attention — as a practice of presence, not performance.

Sound as a physical act of listening
Voice Yoga begins with the body before the voice. Each session attends to posture, breath cycle, and the way resonance moves through tissue — precise, repeatable, grounded in anatomy.
Ola developed this practice from her parallel work as composer and body-aware musician. It draws on vocal technique and somatic inquiry in equal measure — neither dominates.
